We accept Cash & Card Payments.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Popular all year round gift vouchers are available for any amount or treatment of choice.
(postage charge £2.50 for vouchers)
DEPOSIT
if booking a large appointment slot, a small deposit will be required.
ARRIVAL TIME
please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as there may be relevant paperwork to fill in prior to your appointment. Thank you.
PARKING
There are two public car parks close by offering 4 hours free parking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment please call us as soon as possible. Telephone 01162872266.
This will give us the opportunity to offer your time to others. We require a 50% non refundable deposit for your chosen treatment and this will secure your appointment. Your appointment will only be held for 24 hours until the fee is paid after this it will be released to be booked by someone else.
If less than 48 hours Is given for a cancellation this fee will be lost.
Over 48 hours you will be able to rebook another time/ date without losing your deposit.
If repeat cancellations occur we reserve the right to refuse future appointments. Please note when booking an appointment you automatically agree to these policies
